Outreach Program

Our Outreach Team provides critical support to individuals sleeping rough by offering essential survival supplies and addressing immediate safety needs. In addition to crisis response, the team delivers housing navigation and case management services to help individuals move toward greater stability.

The Outreach Team also upholds our Good Neighbour Policy, responding to community requests for clean-ups on surrounding properties to support a safer and more welcoming neighbourhood.
