Housing Support Services

With three dedicated Housing Support Workers, our Housing Support Program provides individualized assistance to help individuals and families secure and maintain safe, stable, and appropriate housing. Support is tailored to each person’s needs and may include helping clients become “housing ready”—such as obtaining replacement identification and birth certificates, supporting activities of daily living, completing subsidy, rental, and priority housing applications, and facilitating communication with landlords.
